How It Works

Polybiotic™ contains grapefruit seed extract (GSE), coconut oil, palm oil, safflower oil, and glycerin, among other ingredients to form a broad-spectrum, non-toxic, antibacterial soap. Grapefruit seed extract is made from the seeds of grapefruit and is believed to promote antimicrobial properties.

Promotes Immune Health

Grapefruit seed extract is believed to promote both antibacterial and antifungal properties. Cleansing the affected area with Polybiotic™ may support the body’s natural response against some kinds of fungal and yeast infections. GSE may also promote the inhibition of harmful bacteria and support the prevention of spreading. Additionally, it has powerful antioxidant properties which promote a healthy skin surface. Polybiotic™ also contains coconut oil, which promotes soothing effects and is also included for additional antibacterial and antifungal support.

Promotes Cellular Regeneration

The use of grapefruit seed oil may promote quicker wound healing, which is crucial for preventing infection. It may also promote less scarring. Studies have shown that it works by making more of the compound used to regenerate damaged blood vessels. Grapefruit seed extract also promotes increased cell density and increased deposition of connective tissue, which in general improves cellular structure in a wound.
