Supports Women’s Health

Women undergo several changes in their bodies throughout the aging process, including menopause. Common symptoms of menopause include hot flashes, trouble sleeping, irritability, fatigue, and depression. Black cohosh is one of the most popular supplements recommended to alleviate some of these symptoms. It contains compounds that appear to mimic estrogen, promoting balanced hormonal levels in women experiencing fluctuations. Dong quai, sometimes called the "female ginseng", also has estrogenic-promoting effects.

Supports Endocrine System

As women age, female hormone production begins to decline. Hormone levels often fluctuate, affecting other glands in the body. It is very common for female hormones to feel “out of whack” as a result of pregnancy, menopause, weight, etc. Wild yam is traditionally used in herbal medicine and contains a chemical called diosgenin, which can influence the production of several hormones such as estrogen and DHEA.

Recommendations

As a dietary supplement, take thirty (30) drops in water two (2) times daily. Shake well before using.
