Estro-Health™ incorporates a blend of herbs, gamma-oryzanol, and soy isoflavones. A significant element in this formulation is black cohosh, which is a flowering plant and part of the buttercup family that has traditionally been recommended for promoting the relief of menopausal symptoms.

Supports Women’s Health

Women undergo several changes in their bodies throughout the aging process, including menopause. Menopause is a natural biological process and is the time when a woman's menstrual cycle stops. Common symptoms of menopause include hot flashes, trouble sleeping, irritability, fatigue, and depression. The ingredients black cohosh and dong quai are known to support the relief of menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. Other ingredients like eleuthero may support fewer effects of estrogen withdrawal in women as well as reduce fatigue.

Supports Endocrine System

As women age, female hormone production begins to decline. Hormone levels often fluctuate, affecting other glands in the body. Wild yam is traditionally used in herbal medicine and contains a chemical called diosgenin, which can influence the production of several hormones such as estrogen and DHEA. Additional ingredients such as soy isoflavones may promote both estrogen or anti-estrogen effects in a woman’s body depending on hormone levels. Balanced hormone levels support decreased symptoms that accompany menopause.
