How It Works

This vitamin K supplement contains vitamin K2, (menaquinone-7) extracted from natto. Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans and has been linked to several health benefits. While vitamin K1 is mostly known for its role in blood clotting, vitamin K2 is often considered superior to K1 due to its specific roles in bone and heart health, longer half-life (stays active in the body for longer), better tissue distribution, and greater bioavailability.

Vitamin K supports heart health by helping maintain healthy calcium balance in the body.
